Hello ladies and gentlemen. I am bringing you this update to my weekly blog from taking last week off to take care of some personal real life stuff.
Things change in the world of Pokemon ever so much. We have a new Fire Gym Leader and his name is Kevin Alvarado. If you see him in the group or online please feel free to say hey and welcome to the group. Nicholas Anderson is a nice guy and was well liked, but decided that he couldn't juggle the group and the ever increasingly difficulty in keeping up with the new baby and work. Nicholas will always remain close to the group as long as he wants and will always be in my mind as someone who helped me when I first started.
Gauntlet 3 is in two days folks and it looks like a record turn out for people registering. I think it's over 20 people this time if I am not mistaken and of course I will enter if the number is not right. For every tournament I would like to switch it up a little. This time I was careful and not plan it around any Holidays. The time around I am allowing the participants to use one Legendary Pokemon on their team. Remember folks its the 11th of this month at 7 pm EST.

Rules as follows:
.No duplicate Pokemon
.No duplicate items
.No Spam Moves (3 of the same move, then the 4th is the spam)
(Even scarfed moves count)
.Sleep and Paralysis Clause are in effect for every battle
.You can have one legend on your team.
.No Excessive Switching.
Banned Pokemon:
.Mega Gengar and Mega Khangiskhan.
Banned Legends:
.Mewtwo and Darkrai
That's the rules folks please remember to abide by the rules and above all else have fun. If you haven't registered you need to find my post in Omega's or Journeys and register your name and FC by tomorrow at 10 pm EST.
Here's some new news regarding Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The secret base will be making a comeback and reportedly have a substantial use in the game. Letting you "team up" with a friend and participate in capture the flag side games. Hopefully as time progresses we will be able to tell you more about this feature as more information is available to us.

A hot topic in both groups as of late has been breeding. A few of us in Omegas and Journeys have dedicated some of our free time to breeding specialized Pokmeon and cloning them for our group members. We have enjoyed it so much that as of today we have created an offshoot to the group called Pokemon Omega: Daycare and Breeding. This group will only concentrate on Breeding Methods, Masuda Method, Egg Moves and anything else related to Breeding specialized Pokemon. There will be no battling, item retrieval, battle testing etc. If you are part of the group you will be required to breed and donate your perfect specimens in order for us to clone, so the whole group gets to enjoy
If you are interested in joining please be advised that this is a new group that only centers around breeding and perfecting Pokemon and our understanding and in order to join you will have to fill out an application and be approved by me and my admins. The work that we do here will go on and be featured on the Twitter and Instagram accounts for everyone to see and admire.
