Pokemon X and Y: Journey to be the Very Best

                                                                      Introductions..........
I wanna be the very best, Like no one ever was

So the journey for a lot of us started a longtime ago in a little region called Kanto, with a boy who had a dream of adventuring into a wonderful world of excitement and intrigue.  A wonderful world filled with marvelous creatures called Pokemon.  These Pokemon some big, some small walked hand in hand with the people.  Some people used these Pokemon for battling while others, searching deeper- dared to forge life long friendship with their Pokemon.
The journey has brought us through all types of regions Hoenn, Johto, through the mountainous region of Orre and so far has taken through the lush country side of the beautiful Kalos.  We have met all kinds of interesting Gym Leaders like Misty, Brock, Brawly, Whitney, Morty, Winona, Crasher Wake, Clay, Skyla, Viola, and Clemont, just to name a few.

To better understand this world one must strive to "catch them all" in order to know every pokemon. In order to gain insights into their strengths, weaknesses and most importantly searching to find a common bond to bring the trainer and their team together and to ultimately become both the Pokemom master and to defeat the reining  Pokemon Champion of your league.

No hero's tale would be truly complete if they did not have a cunning adversary to challenge their awesome undertaking.  Since Red and Blue the player has had to due battle with everyone from the Pokemon grabbing Team Rocket to Team Aqua and Magma, to the audacious Team Galactic to Team Flare - All bent on domination.

Since it's inception Pokemon has captured the hearts and minds of people all over the world - young and old like, boy-girl it doesn't make a difference - Pokemon is definitely not just a child's game, but something that can be enjoyed by everyone. It has worked itself into every facet of pop culture - including video games, comics, television, trading cards, clothing, and of course toys.  Where would I be without my plush Wobbuffet that pops out of a Pokeball that hangs from my ceiling fan?

Pokemon X and Y: Journey to be the Very Best
No doubt that Facebook has managed to bring together people in away that other social media outlets could.  Others have come and gone like MySpace and the like, but Facebook has managed to bring us together for the love of the game. Strangers to one another we may be, but a common goal we do have and that is Pokemon.  Our group is different then just some other Facebook groups.  It's filled with people who love the game and recreate the experience as much as we can.  We have eight gym leaders and they are to be challenged one by one then the player takes on the Elite Four - then when they have defeated the elite Four they will battle the Champion of our group and founder of our group in order to make a file to prove your worthiness in battle.  Occasionally we will throw individual tournaments for chances to win prizes and the like.  So if your on Facebook and you want to come check us out come on over....
